#France gathered 400 Muslim scholars and beheaded them with machetes; During its occupation of #Chad in 1917, when France entered the Algerian city of Laghouat in 1852, it exterminated two-thirds of its population by burning them to death in a single night. France conducted 17 nuclear tests in #Algeria between 1960 and 1966, resulting in an unknown number of casualties ranging between 27,000 and 100,000. The effects are still felt today. In case you were wondering, yes I did toast to Marine LePen being barred from running for public office for five years. No president LePen, and if we're lucky, Macron will call snap elections in the summer again and she automatically lose her seat.
