LesArtHeute ist der Weltkunsttag! Am 15. April, dem Geburtstag von Leonardo da Vinci, wird weltweit der Weltkunsttag gefeiert. 2011 wurde der Weltkunsttag vom Internationalen Verband der Kunst (IAA) ins Leben gerufen, um die Bedeutung von Kunst weltweit zu feiern. An diesem Tag soll das kreative Schaffen in den Mittelpunkt stehen, das Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung von Kunst in der Gesellschaft geschärft und der kulturelle Austausch zwischen den Nationen gefördert werden. LesArtDie LesArt-Programmreihen Mit dem Start unserer neuen Internetseite stellen wir in diesem Jahr sporadisch die LesArt-Programmreihen vor. Ich sehe was, was du nicht siehst - Bildkunst, Bilderbücher, Bildmedien Im Sinne einer Schule des Sehens werden Buchillustrationen hinsichtlich ihrer Farben, Formen, Perspektiven, Bildsequenzen und ihrer Beziehungen zum Text betrachtet. Diese ästhetischen Wahrnehmungen vertiefen Kinder und Jugendliche auch durch das Ausprobieren bestimmter künstlerischer Techniken. LesArtAus dem LesArt-Programm In dieser Woche steht das Buch „Blumkas Tagebuch" von Iwona Chmielewska (Gimpel Verl. ) im Mittelpunkt des LesArt-Vormittagsprogramms. Unser Programmtext: „Der Herr Doktor ist für uns am wichtigsten...“, schreibt Blumka in ihr Tagebuch. Doch wer war dieser Doktor Korczak? Und wie verlief das Leben im von ihm geleiteten jüdischen Waisenhaus „Dom Sierot“ in Warschau? Götz Drope und Sylvia Habermann regen zur Auseinandersetzung mit Leben und Pädagogik des Janusz Korczak an. Dabei erfahren Schüler*innen insbesondere, wie Korczak versuchte, in Zeiten von Krieg, Hunger und Barbarei Kindern ein menschenwürdiges Leben zu ermöglichen.
